Founded in 2002 by Celebrity Event Planner PJ Sands Johnson, A Design For Destiny aims to be a preferred resource for US and international brides as well as the #1 choice for wedding and special occasions in the Caribbean. We hope to accomplish this through great client support and professionalism.  Our mission is to provide the highest value in personalized special occasions - converging quality and selection with outstanding value and customer service.  

We have been planning truly extraordinary wedding and special occasions, and our planning services for weddings, corporate events, concerts, TV broadcasts, awards shows and pageants throughout the US, Jamaica and the Bahamas have been showcased at the Atlantis Resort, One & Only Ocean Club and SuperClubs Breezes and featured on Weddings of a Lifetime, E!, Deco Drive, Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood.  Our decor, events and ideas have also appeared in issues of "Vanity Fair," "Town & Country," and "In Style Weddings."  We provide planning services and destination management International clientele.  We travel worldwide to where your event is.  Our products and ideas have also appeared in issues of "Vanity Fair," "Town & Country," and "In Style Weddings." Our Event Producers have worked with clients like Lenny Kravitz, Michael Jordan, Supermodel Inez Rivero, Star Jones Reynolds, Colin Cowie and Actor/Entertainer Tyrese Gibson and put on productions for NSync, Jill Scott, Regis and Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell  just to name a few.

Bahamas Flagship Boutique

Our first full service upscale wedding salon opened its doors in Spring 200 on the Island of New Providence. Specializing in "day of" and "month of" coordination services, we also house an in-store Design and Print Studio boasting 24-48 hour turnaround on select items. Our Event Specialists at this location offer planning ideas, vendor confirmation services and have the largest selection of invitations and favors in the Bahamas. Jamaica Signature Boutique

Our newest Caribbean location opened in November 2008 and features top of the line special occasion invitations, programs and stationery selection. Beverly Clark and Hortense B. Hewitt are the featured here, and our Event Specialists have years of experience planning weddings and events at Jamaica's top resorts. Located on Main Street in Ocho Rios we offer delivery island-wide and signature guest  welcome bags which can be delivered to your hotel's doorstep.
